Couples Therapy
Relationships can be among the most meaningful aspects of our lives, however they can also be a source of signficant distress. Sometimes couples find themselves in recurring conflict, unable to deal with different styles or patterns of communication, emotional distance, changes in intimacy or the impact of life transitions or events that place strain on a relationship. Both partners can often feel misunderstood, frustrated or alone. Couples therapy provides a dedicated space to explore these difficulties together. Rather than focusing on one particular issue, I will seek to understand the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping your relationship. By developing an understanding of these patterns, couples can often find new ways of relating to one another, and navigate the challenges with greater clarity, empathy and connection.
