Individual Open-Ended Therapy
Online or Face to Face
A psychodynamic approach recognises that issues in the present may have their origins in the past. Open-ended work allows for the exploration of emotional, painful and possibly long-standing issues in a thoughtful and containing way.
My aim is to help you to think differently and adapt towards life’s most complex challenges. By it's very nature, long-term work is in-depth and deciding on how long to be in therapy is an important personal choice and can be explored in our sessions at your own pace.
Individual Time-Limited Therapy
Online or Face to Face
I offer Time-Limited psychodynamic psychotherapy which is 12 weeks in duration. It can be particularly helpful if you have a focus or objective in mind, such as needing assistance with sudden and unexpected life events, anxiety, work related stress or relationship problems.
We can work towards a 12 week schedule, taking into account any planned absences in advance before therapy commences. If after 12 sessions, you feel that you would like to explore therapy further, we can discuss how this may be possible with continuing with the option of open-ended therapy.
